Drafting & Structural Engineering
Our Designers
and Structural Engineers are experts in the design of homes
based on green building systems. ASE-HH can convert your
existing home plans to SIP. ASE-HH can provide structural
engineering for your home plans. ASE-HH provides a complete
set of stamped engineered plans ready for permitting.
To
facilitate the construction of your home, our packages
include the following:
UP TO 3 SETS OF
COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION SET
PRINTS
for your standard ASE - Holistic Homes model or
specifically designed custom home.
Each set of
drawings will include the following:
• Title
24 Energy Calculations
• Optional Energy Star Compliance Schedule
• Optional LEED US Green Builder Council
Project Checklist
• 2 full sets of structural calculations
stamped by our structural engineer
• A completed
site drawing locating all well, septic, easements and
required
information for the specific building site
(we do not
include any civil engineering...to be provided
by client).
• All required ICC ESR Reports related to our specific
building systems.
• All details and installation procedures
related to our building system (this is part of the
construction
drawings).
• Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings
related to the assembly of our panel systems.

Interior Designer
An
Interior Designer is on staff to help our clients with space planning, kitchen
design, electrical design, custom layout and personal
finishes in addition to our Design & Drafting Services.
Home Package Supplier
The
Standard Materials Package will vary depending on the features of a particular
home or options selected by the customer. See
your ASE - Holistic Homes representative for details. We can create a home
from your original design, our standard floor plans and/or a complete custom
home.
Owner/Builder
Assistance
Our main focus is on customer service for the Owner
/ Builder. We encourage those who are interested
in building their own home to consult with us directly
to understand the benefits of our green building systems.
Our Certified Builders are available to assist in the
pre-construction
process. This process includes such
issues as site development (well, septic, power, etc); working with building
officials
through the completion of the drawings; lender requirements and preparation
of the construction budget.
